Pricing
One simple rule, before the figures: scanning a venue’s label is always free, with no account and no subscription.
The venue pays, so that its information is available to anyone who walks in. A visitor never has to reach for a bank card in order to understand where they are.
What follows therefore comes in two parts: first what the venue pays to make its places speak with VoiceTag Business, then what it costs to create labels yourself, at home, with VoiceTag Classic.
VoiceTag Business, for venues
The subscription is paid by the month or by the year. Its tier depends on how many references you publish, and on nothing else: not on how many labels point to them — fourteen tables showing the same menu count as one reference —, nor on how many languages you write, nor on how many visitors listen.
The subscription
- Small shop — up to 30 references
- 25 € per month, or 250 € per year.
- Restaurant or bar — 31 to 80 references
- 35 € per month, or 350 € per year.
- Cultural venue — 81 to 200 references
- 50 € per month, or 500 € per year.
- Large museum, zoo, extended site — more than 200 references
- On quotation: the price is set with each establishment.
A year costs ten months: two are free. The first month is free as well, whichever rhythm you choose.
The labels
- Label printed with your logo
- 2,50 € each. For what stays put: a room, a table, a door, an artwork.
- Plain label, by volume
- 0,10 € each. For what leaves with the product: a bottle, a bag, a parcel.
Labels are ordered on quotation, during the trial as well as during the subscription: write to contact@voice-tag.app. None of them arrives preprogrammed: you stick it on, then you give it its content with your phone.
Fitting and training

Nothing obliges you to go through us: a label sticks on, and many venues fit their own.
